The Covid Vaccine is now available for all patients 12 year olds and above. We are now allowing walk in vaccines but we do prefer that you book so we can be prepared.

There are 2 ways to Book an Appointment:

1. Through MyIndici Patient Portal
If you are registered on MyIndici Patient Portal, you can book your appointment through the app or website.
Click on "Appointments"
In "Book My Appointment" go down to "Book With". Select "Nurse" and the Covid Vaccine Clinic. Click on the Day, and then the time.

If you are an enrolled patient and have not registered with MyIndici Patient Portal but wish to do so, you can ring our Practice on 03 348 8989 to set this up.

2. By Phone 03 348 8989
During opening hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm

Please note, you must be well when you come in for your Covid Vaccine. If you have a cough, sore throat, runny nose or fever etc, please reschedule your appointment.

If you have already booked your vaccine through the Book My Vaccine system and wish to be vaccinated by us, you will need to cancel your appointment with Book My Vaccine. This can easily be done via the link provided on the text confirming your appointment. You will need to book your vaccine directly through us using one of the above 2 options as we are not using the national Book My Vaccine system to book appointments.
