Receptionists / Administrators

Our helpful reception/administrative team are your first point of contact.  They are more than happy  to assist you when you need to reach us to make an appointment or have any queries.

Our team of receptionists are:

  • Jess
  • Jennifer
  • Linda
  • Elizabeth

Our full-time receptionists, KumFun, Ling, Jess and Jennifer can speak Mandarin, Cantonese as well as English. Wendy and Jenny are also part of our team of experienced medical receptionists.  Our weekend receptionist, Linda, is fluent in Korean as well as English. Elizabeth has just started with us in January.

Practice Manager

Marina Chin has been working as the Practice Manager since the Practice first began operation as Shand Crescent Medical Centre in 1997.

Accounts Manager

Mary Chin joined the Doctors on Riccarton team in 2010.

Flu Vaccines Available Now

Flu vaccines are now free until July 31st to certain people (click on [more] to see whether you are eligible). If you do not have one of these eligible conditions, you still benefit from a flu vaccine at a small cost.
